1. SubShave’s Role

SubShave is an independent comparison, deal-discovery and affiliate publisher. We do not sell the featured subscriptions or process their payments. Purchases and related account information are handled by the third-party seller or provider.

2. Data Used to Operate the Website

The website’s hosting service delivers pages and assets. Supabase supplies public product, offer and article content and provides administrator authentication. Google Fonts supplies the Inter font. Requests to these services disclose technical connection information such as an IP address, browser information and the requested resource to the receiving service.

Administrator sign-in uses Supabase credentials and browser session storage. Ordinary visitors do not need an administrator account. We do not request your third-party subscription credentials or payment-card details. Necessary browser storage remembers cookie choices and administrator sessions.

3. Optional Analytics and Affiliate Measurement

• With Analytics consent, Google Analytics measures website use, including page visits and browser or device information. Google receives technical connection information when its tag loads. We also record page paths, referring website domains, device categories and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) in Supabase, with a record timestamp.
• With Affiliate / Measurement consent, SubShave records affiliate clicks in Supabase: the product name and ID where supplied, destination URL, page path, link placement, device category, referring website domain and record timestamp.

These optional measurements help us understand content use and referral activity. With both purposes accepted under the updated notice, a temporary random identifier links visits and clicks within a tab session, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab closes. Records include an event ID for retry deduplication, consent scope and measurement version. Session-linked records are pseudonymous; session counts are not counts of people. Affiliate-only records remain unlinked. They are disabled until you consent to the corresponding category. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing or following an offer link. The Google tag is not loaded before Analytics consent.

4. Choices and Purposes

We use consent for optional analytics and affiliate measurement. Necessary processing supports delivery, security, administrator access and remembering your privacy choices. Where applicable, this relies on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website; optional tracking is not treated as necessary.

Use Cookie Settings here or in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement for the categories you turn off and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site. It does not undo processing that already occurred. 5. Affiliate Links and Destination Sites

Affiliate URLs contain referral information. Following one takes you to a third party that may measure the referral or set its own cookies under its privacy practices. Our settings control SubShave’s optional measurement; they do not change a destination site’s settings or remove referral parameters from its links. Review that site’s policies and choices before purchasing.

6. Providers and International Processing

Supabase processes website content, administrator authentication and consented measurement records. Google supplies fonts and, when enabled, Analytics. Hosting providers receive requests needed to deliver the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Third-party sellers receive information when you visit or transact with them.

These providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside your country, including outside the EEA. Applicable data-protection and international-transfer requirements still apply.

7. Retention and Security

We retain data for the time reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal, operational and security needs. Actual periods depend on the service and its configuration; we do not state a fixed deletion period here. Browser-storage persistence is described in the Cookie Policy. Turning measurement off does not automatically delete previously recorded server data.

The site uses HTTPS connections and restricted administrator access to help protect data. No internet service can promise absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, and withdraw consent. These rights can be subject to conditions and lawful exceptions. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, such as Datatilsynet in Denmark or the authority where you live or work. Cookie Settings provides an immediate way to withdraw optional browser measurement consent.
